It´s an automated cleaning technology, it’s a combination of simultaneous cleaning and separation of the cleaned-out sludge. One of the options: a jetting cannon is installed onto the tank manhole(side). The jetting cannon is equipped with an inspection camera for continuous monitoring of the cleaning process from the position where the jetting cannon is installed cannon. Liquid products such as water, gasoil, crude oil, solvent products can be used as medium for the high-pressure jetting. During this jetting process the sludge will be pumped to a set-up where the sludge will be separated from the liquid, when possible the liquid can be used for jetting. This technology has proven to be highly efficient and reduces significant downtime compared to other outdated cleaning methods.
